We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client portfolios, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine specific security trades to be made in client portfolios, considering target allocations, tax situations, and other factors.
- Enter trade instructions in portfolio accounting software (Tamarac Rebalancer – migrating to Adepar).
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in portfolio accounting software.
- Reconcile and document trade data meticulously.
- Facilitate client cash movements as directed by client advisors.
- Communicate effectively with third-party custodians and external advisors.
- Create periodic reports for our management team and Chief Compliance Officer.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiar with Tamarac/Adepar Rebalancer, SalesForce, and/or Portfolio Center applications.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and thorough.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel in a financial context.
- Series 65, 66, or 7 license preferred.
