The Practice Management Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and collaborating with the Director of the Transactional Department and the Practice Management team. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of functions, including staffing, attorney integration, practice development meetings, and financial metrics tracking. This role involves independent interaction with both internal clients and external vendors to ensure effective and efficient tracking and reporting of goals established by the Transactional Department and the Firm.

- Collaborate with the Practice Management team to efficiently track all workload assignment projects using workload forecasting and reporting systems. Additionally, assist in generating reports for client teams and related data.
- Contribute to the integration and onboarding of attorneys and paralegals joining the Transactional Department, which includes participating in onboarding welcome meetings and managing logistics for the practice overview program.
- Coordinate Practice Group meetings and social events, including monthly practice and management meetings, partner meetings, and maintain meeting records. Collaborate with the practice management team to follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and monitor relevant financial data associated with the Department and practice groups, preparing various monthly reports.
- Serve as a liaison and collaborate with other legal and administrative departments regarding practice support needs.
- Engage in various special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding project management and organizational abilities, including the capability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment with multiple projects, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, essential for addressing complex and sensitive issues.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Ability to compile, review, and draw logical conclusions or recommendations from diverse data and information formats.
