Position Summary: This role is responsible for driving the successful growth of our organization's architectural and precast line of business including marketing, sales, licensing, business, and project completion across North America. This position requires working with precasters, contractors, customers, and management. The Architectural Precast Manager will develop a network of architects to influence the use and application of our technology in the architectural community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a network of licensed precasters across North America
• Develop a network of contacts within the architectural community to create business opportunities that will allow introduction of our specific technology in the design or specification phase
• Provide on-site technical supervision of precast projects across North America
• Training of precasters, contractors, and customers on batching, casting, and placing
• Liaise with contractors, precasters, design engineers, architects, customers, government agencies, universities, and manufacturers
• Develop marketing and business plans for the precast and architectural business segment
• Produce samples and prototypes for all types for the architectural and precast applications
• Participate in the development of and influence the direction of material codes and standards
• Work closely with the Director of Engineering & Operations and technical team to grow the precast business, identify key partners, and coordinate the architectural and structural precast markets
• Pursue EPD and other requirements for sustainable infrastructure

Other Duties:

• Meet or exceed company KPIs to grow this line of business
• Contribute to corporate strategic direction
• Work with engineering and operations to leverage value engineering and other implementation methods to convert projects to UHPC Ultra-High Performance Concrete
• Ensure SOPs are being followed in quality control and development
• Coordinate with lab to ensure R&D requirements are being met
• During peak construction seasons, pivot to support other lines of business as needed
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery for customers
• Collect and share market intelligence

Required Qualifications:

• Architectural degree
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Materials experience in cement
• Precasting experience
• Construction experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience marketing / selling precast and materials solutions
• Cement industry project sales experience
• UHPC Ultra High Performance Cement Experience
