Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction

Based in San Clemente, we are an established general contractor that has been building for 30+ years. We specialize in commercial construction, including both ground-ups and high end tenant improvement projects.

We build for healthcare, hospitality, retail, self storage, education, corporate office clients and more.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Preconstruction Manager. This position will work in our office in San Clemente.

We have a great reputation in the industry and a large backlog of work. We also offer a compensation package including:

MUST HAVE
+ Experience with preconstruction / estimating at a GC
+ Experience with commercial construction

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with ground-up construction
+ Experience with self storage, recreation buildings, senior centers, or healthcare projects
