Are you a seasoned professional in the commercial healthcare construction industry with a knack for preconstruction planning and a passion for excellence? We are currently looking for a Permanent Preconstruction Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including ground-up builds, renovations, tenant improvements, design-builds, and core and shell construction. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a desire for innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Commercial and healthcare infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Preconstruction Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading preconstruction activities, including estimation, scheduling, and planning.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.
3. Managing the development of ground-up projects, renovations, tenant improvements, design-builds, and core and shell construction.
4. Evaluating and mitigating potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
5. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.
6. Providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.
7. Continually improving preconstruction processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
8. Ensuring all preconstruction activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and codes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management, preferably in the commercial healthcare construction industry.
2. Proven expertise in estimation, preconstruction planning, ground-up construction, renovations, tenant improvements, design-builds, and core and shell construction.
3. Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and codes.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. A strong understanding of construction software and technologies.
7. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) are a plus.
