Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S. based, with occasional onsite requirements)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support financial operations across multiple areas of the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in financial planning and analysis, with strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial support in areas such as P&L forecasting and analysis, financial consolidations, foreign currency impact, cash flow analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
Develop and manage advanced Excel models to support key decision-making and streamline processes.
Produce regular financial reports, including variance analyses, performance trends, and executive summaries.
Support monthly close processes by reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and preparing reconciliations.
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data entry and reporting via Hyperion Planning.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes through automation or simplification to improve team efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure financial insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed by finance leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial analysis or accounting role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in data mining and turning large datasets into meaningful financial insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EBS is a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
