Primary Care NP/PA needed in Springfield, MA

This position allows for the option to do temp, temp to perm or perm.
Hybrid Position- working from home and clinic, as well as patients homes

Required:
Board Certified Nurse Partitioner or Physician Assistant
MA License
1-2 years experience as NP or 2+ years experience in a clinical environment or home care as an RN
2+ years of experience as a PA

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
Call is required 5 days a Quarter- Can be nights, weekends or Holidays- 24-hour nursing line that takes the initial call
Hybrid Position- Working from home, Clinic and Patients Home
