Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.
2. Develop and finalize comprehensive project reports and work plans, ensuring all aspects of the project are accurately represented and communicated to stakeholders.
3. Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and personnel needed to safely and effectively execute the project.
4. Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and controlling project costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
5. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
6. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project's timeline or budget.
7. Utilize strong technical knowledge to make informed decisions about the project's direction and strategy.

Qualifications:

1. ADET Accredited.
2. Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
3. Minimum of 7-16 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the finance industry.
4. Proven experience managing large-scale projects with a budget exceeding $100 million.
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
11. Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
12. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
