Your Role

As a Probate and Estate Attorney at our firm, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting client meetings to evaluate strategies for navigating the probate process.
Managing testate and intestate estate matters from start to finish.
Representing clients in Court for various estate-related hearings.
Advocating for estate beneficiaries in contested probate estates.
Assisting clients with the establishment of Conservatorships.
Preparing estate planning documents, including Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Trusts.
Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants while ensuring the quality of their work.
Ensuring that all cases progress within the workflow, striving for timely resolutions.
Prioritizing client satisfaction and addressing client concerns promptly.
Qualifications

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with clients and staff.
A deep passion for working with people, demonstrating empathy and compassion for clients in emotionally challenging situations.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A willingness to appear in Court regularly and learn from experienced senior attorneys.
Strong advocacy skills to navigate contested estate and conservatorship issues on behalf of our clients.
The ability to make sound decisions independently based on available information.
A knack for crafting estate planning documents that align with our clients' needs or the willingness to learn this skill.
