Top Ranked Law Firm seeking a Probate Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of probate administration or litigation experience, real estate trust litigation, financial elder abuse, and conservatorships. This attorney will grow a team of up to 3 Associate Attorneys. The probate Litigation Managing Attorney will meet with prospective clients, and develop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives. Ideal Probate Litigation Attorney will need to explain legal options and provide legal advice and represent clients in court and mediation. This attorney will need to manage their own caseload and prioritize multiple cases and assignments. Other duties will include supervising paralegals, records specialists, and other team members.

Ideal Qualifications:
5+ years of Probate litigation, trust litigation, elder abuse, and conservatorship a plus
Book of Business (open on size)
Law degree from top 100 law school
Mid-Large law firm experience is a plus
