Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Development: Develop and design manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Equipment Specification and Selection: Specify and select appropriate equipment for manufacturing processes. Ensure that all equipment meets the required specifications and operates within set parameters.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all processes, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve process-related issues that arise during production. Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to ensure that all processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring that all project goals are met within the established timeline and budget.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment. Ensure that all personnel are properly trained in process-related SOPs.
Safety: Ensure that all processes adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control techniques. Familiarity with CAD software, process simulation tools, and statistical analysis software.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct process deviations.
