Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Engineering Manager to join our manufacturing organization. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in our rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is a process-driven, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating efficient systems and has a proven track record in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of process engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
3. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure that processes are aligned with company objectives.
4. Supervise the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and monitor their performance.
5. Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions.
6. Train and mentor team members in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this data to drive process improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering role in the construction industry.
3. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
4. Proven experience leading a team and managing projects.
5. Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and their application in a manufacturing environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
8. Proficiency in using process mapping and process improvement tools.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
10. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline processes.
11. Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
