Understand various injection molding machines and controls
Proficiency in mold functions, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Setup and startup of standard D-2 process, and part processing
Startup and shutdown procedures for machines and molds
Basic robotics for mold handling
Department production monitoring and data entry
Implementing 5s System and housekeeping standards
Documentation skills: process sheets, Process Audit Sheets, etc.
