Job Details
We are seeking a Procure to Pay (AP) Manager to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities relating to purchasing goods and services including tracking open commitments, managing/controlling cost, and reporting on all spending. This role will also be responsible for all other vendor payment-related functions.

- Oversee and manage team of purchasing and accounts payable analysts.
- Responsible for purchase order processing, vendor payments, cost tracking and variance analysis
- Track and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide cash outflow reporting and projections
- Implement system improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings.
- Manage vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary data is collected and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze purchasing data and metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee vendor pay runs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procure to pay, or business administration
- Ability to extract data and analyze ERP information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
