Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for goods and services
2. Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities in terms of quality, cost, and reliability.
3. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
4. Managing relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts.
5. Reviewing existing contracts and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
6. Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.
7. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that sourcing strategies align with company objectives.
8. Collaborating with other departments to identify and prioritize purchasing needs.
9. Managing risks related to procurement processes and supply contracts.
10. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in procurement or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in the food and nutrition industry is a must.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
6.Bilingual in Mandarin
