Title: Product Engineer
Compensation: $80k-$120k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Franklin, TN

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize 3D modeling software (Creo or similar) to design, develop, and optimize products in line with company specifications and customer requirements.
2. Produce comprehensive and accurate technical documentation for all products, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for relevant parties.
3. Oversee product installation processes, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established protocols.
4. Use SAP or equivalent ERP systems to track product development, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication across various departments.
5. Conduct field measurements and tests to assess product performance, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
7. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and advancements, and incorporate relevant innovations into product development processes.

What you need for this position:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, preferably Creo or equivalent.
4. Proven experience in producing detailed technical documentation.
5. Demonstrated ability to oversee product installation processes.
6. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
7. Experience in conducting field measurements and tests.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
