Job Details

You will be responsible for the development & execution of downstream marketing
strategy and execution, assist the team in developing, managing and executing a pipeline of differentiated
marketing solutions derived from deep customer insights! This role will report to the Director of
Marketing and will be located at the Braintree, MA office in a Hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will develop and work with the sales, marketing and KOL network to shape the future of ENT
therapies/procedures, drive business success for the platform and help surgeons and patients
nationwide. The person will lead with an agile mindset, be able to influence decisions across multiple levels, functions,
platforms and stakeholders while ensuring execution with excellence of strategy.
Assist in the development of US strategies for the procedure-based product, services, and programs
including Branding, value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and reimbursement landscape.
Assist and develop in initiatives to identify key customer needs and procedural market trends. Partner
with sales colleagues to ensure alignment between our strategy and regional needs. Lead with ideas that
allow for differentiated strategies. Drive commercial execution through customer engagement,
education, evidence generation, publication, and promotion.
Responsible for leading creative framework sessions and developing marketing materials, pricing
strategies around reimbursement, promotional plans, training plans, and forecasts. Lead launch efforts
with key cross-functional partners, KOL’s, clinical education and Sales.
Qualifications
Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or other advanced business degree is
preferred.
Required:
  • 5+ years total of progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, R&D,
Sales, or a combination of experience in these functions.
  • Proven experience of strong communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to influence
others.
  • Medical device or ENT product marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
  • Ability to work in a hands–on, fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Position requires approximately 25-35%+ travel including weekends.
