Job Details

You will collaborate with internal teams to define the integrated go-to-market strategies and programs and ensure product feedback flows up, down, across the organization. Duties of the Product Marketing Manager include developing product positioning; creating collateral and materials around product, client needs and competitive position; and hosting product specific webinars for internal and external audiences. The position requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and an ability to tell a great story – not just the facts but why it matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the product team on defining the integrated go-to-market strategy and programs to drive awareness for our products, launching new products/enhancements, and translating market needs into features.
  • Build and iterate product messaging and positioning as new features are launched.
  • Write all product-focused web content, white papers, and success stories.
  • Create and maintain collateral and materials around product, client needs, and competitive position to support sales team and provide training and support.
  • Collaborate across marketing to align positioning and messaging with campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback, research and insights to the product team to inform roadmap.
  • Develop release notes and messaging for new feature releases.
  • Create and host product specific webinars for internal and external audiences.
  • Work with sales operations on win/loss analysis to identify gaps in product that are contributing to lost new business and nonrenewal.

Core Competencies
  • 5+ years of product marketing or management experience. Preferably with B2B software/SaaS products and services.
  • Proven success of partnering with product to contribute to product strategy and developing product messaging that serves multiple use cases.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, virtually and in person as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team remotely.
  • Team player attitude with ability to interact with other departments and stakeholders.
