Our dynamic and innovative manufacturing company is seeking a Product Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of technical products, including power electronics and transformers, and requires a strong understanding of AC/DC. The successful candidate will have a background in business development and sales and will be adept at providing solution sales and value-added sales to our diverse range of clients. If you are a motivated, industrious individual with a passion for the manufacturing industry and a desire to drive business growth, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Leverage your knowledge of electrical and technical products to drive sales and meet company targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.
3. Provide solution sales and value-added sales to existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including power electronics and transformers, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
5. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. Collaborate with the product development team to understand product specifications and applications.
7. Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them understand the benefits and uses of our products.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our product range.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the manufacturing, industrial or electronics industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, including power electronics and transformers.
5. Proficiency in AC/DC and understanding of their applications in the manufacturing industry.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
7. Ability to provide solution sales and value-added sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions.
9. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
10. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
