Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly skilled Production Manager to join our innovative manufacturing team. This pivotal role will oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing operations. This position requires an individual who can ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and align with the company’s standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
2. Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
4. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
5. Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
6. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
7. Commit to plant safety procedures.
8. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
9. Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
10. Create and present performance reports to the upper management team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment for at least 2 years.
2. Deep knowledge of production management and understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
3. Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
9. Familiarity in implementing process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
10. Experience in managing, guiding, and leading employees to ensure appropriate communication and a positive working environment.
11. Ability to create accountability and lead by example.
12. Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
