The Bi-lingual Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor (4 10 hour days) approx. 7pm-3am will be responsible for overseeing all production activities during the second shift/end of the day, managing a team of production and sanitation workers, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget.

- Supervise and coordinate production activities in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures within the food processing plant
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and maintain efficient workflow
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices for food production and handling
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of machinery
- Manage inventory levels to support continuous production flow
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product standards
What skills you need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a food processing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- The ideal candidate will have experience in food processing, packaging, and maintaining sanitation standards in a regulated environment.
- Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, FDA regulations, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other industrial equipment
- Understanding of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage production teams of 20+ people
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a MUST
