We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our restoration projects with precision and dedication.

Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of restoration projects and the satisfaction of valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating crews, managing production processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering strong relationships with customers. You'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering top-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage production crews, assigning tasks and coordinating their activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the General Manager/Owner, providing regular updates on production progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Supervise job scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely project execution.
• Complete comprehensive job files, meticulously documenting all project details, from pretesting to job estimates.
• Oversee the production process from initiation to completion, monitoring and guiding crews to maintain quality standards.
• Act swiftly to resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the course of projects.
• Be ready to engage in production work when necessary, setting an example for the crew and assisting in completing tasks.
• Provide clear and accurate pretesting and scoping of services, along with detailed job estimates.
• Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Establish and maintain rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage scheduling, documentation, and project details.
• Familiar with restoration procedures and processes is a plus.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and assist with hands-on production tasks as needed.
