Our dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a driven and innovative Permanent Production Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our production to new heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Production Management, Six Sigma, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Quality Control, and Process Improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process, ensuring that it operates seamlessly and that every phase, from raw materials to finished products, meets the company's quality standards and production targets.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology to optimize productivity, eliminate waste, and streamline processes.
• Utilize Six Sigma strategies to identify and rectify process defects, minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Manage the production budget, ensuring that all operations are carried out cost-effectively and within financial parameters.
• Maintain strict quality control measures, ensuring that all products meet the company's stringent quality standards.
• Continually identify areas for process improvement, implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Production Management, Six Sigma, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Quality Control, and Process Improvement.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Proficiency in using various software systems to monitor, analyze, and plan production schedules.
