- Previous manufacturing or production experience beneficial
- Mechanical aptitude and basic technical skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Reliable with good attendance record
- Willingness to work shifts as needed (may include nights, weekends)
