We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. This is a permanent position that requires a Professional Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in land development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and will be able to work independently and as part of a team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water and sewage systems, and stormwater management systems
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for project design
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Experience with AutoCAD and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
