Responsibilities:

Managing geomatics projects, staff and clients.
Reviewing client deliverables and certifying work is completed with a high level of accuracy.
Researching historical maps, previous surveys, and land titles as needed to verify boundary lines.
Preparing reports, 2D maps and 3D computer renderings of property features including boundary markers, existing structures, utility lines, and other physical features.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in all phases of surveying and construction layout.
Familiar with robotic and GPS equipment and a STRONG desire to become experienced with laser scanning and UAV equipment.
Knowledge of field procedures, calculations, AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry standard software.
Registration in Virginia is a must.
