We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic architectural team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit, and Planning with project experience in laboratory, clean room, commercial, and office. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Manage project teams and delegate tasks as needed
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects meet LEED and other sustainability standards
• Manage laboratory and clean room projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Oversee the design and construction of commercial and office spaces, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients and end-users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Architectural Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Planning, LEED, design, laboratory, clean room, commercial, and office
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ability to manage project teams and delegate tasks as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues as they arise
• Knowledge of sustainability and LEED standards
• Experience managing laboratory and clean room projects is a plus
