Project Architect

A national commercial Design and Build firm!

Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment for the following market sectors: K-12, Higher Ed, Mixed Use, Corporate, Historic Preservation and others.

Development of project design utilizing Revit
Coordination with the project team to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.
Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and clients to discuss and develop the design.
Participation in construction administration by making site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team.
Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
Performs a variety of architectural assignments on small projects and/or specific team-focused portions of larger projects.
