Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Architect to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of the design, production of the construction documents, and construction administration while coordinating with the project team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design and manage tasks, including drawing plans, sections, and details.
• Coordinate with a team of architects and engineers.
• Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture projects.
• Direct, review, and approve project design changes.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure the quality of design.
• Ensure the project is progressing on schedule and within the prescribed budget, making modifications as necessary.
• Oversee and guide the contractors on construction sites.
• Utilize software like Revit, Sketchup, and other related software for creating detailed architectural designs.
• Perform construction administration duties and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and other architecture and design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
• Familiarity with construction administration processes.
• Excellent drawing skills, both conceptual and technical.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with others.
• Proven track record of project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of completed designs.
• Professional Architectural License is a plus.
