We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team in the Architecture industry. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including education and healthcare facilities. Your role will be to manage the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the design are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and construction of projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the construction is progressing according to plan and that all safety standards are being met.
• Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Registered Architect with AIA certification.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and architecture.
• Experience with Revit and other design software.
• Experience in education and healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
