REQUIREMENTS:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3+ years of experience in architecture
- Licensed Architect or pursuing license
- Project experience with Multifamily and Retail
- REVIT is key! Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management & Design for project types that will include Multi-Family, Hospitality/Restaurants, Office / Industrial, Retail, Banking / Financial Services, Healthcare, Education
- Design process, all phases, including: Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents & Construction Administration
