Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the specified time frame and budget.
2. Utilize your expertise in PLCs, Robotics, Process Engineering, Product Development, Concept Design, Development, Implementation, CNC Programming, Tool Design, and Cold Forming to deliver high-quality results.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.
4. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans, to ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively managed.
5. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
6. Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing them with regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing necessary changes to ensure project success.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience in PLCs, Robotics, Process Engineering, Product Development, Concept Design, Development, Implementation, CNC Programming, Tool Design, and Cold Forming.
4. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
7. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technological tools.
8. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
