We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Project Management, Healthcare Construction, MOB, Ground-up Construction, and Commercial Construction. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being done according to the plans and specifications
• Review and approve all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Communicate regularly with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure that they are meeting project requirements and timelines
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Healthcare Construction, MOB, Ground-up Construction, and Commercial Construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
