Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage projects as required by upper management team.
Complete capital projects and repairs on time and on budget.
Maintain a system that facilitates the upward flow of ideas and concerns.
Actively participate in daily production meetings.
Make appropriate provisions in regard to job duties in case of absence.
Provide technical support to production, maintenance, R&D, and quality control departments.
Make safety a priority and insist on strict adherence to safety policies/procedures.
Ensure safety is engineered into project work.
Ensure safety related work is appropriately prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
Prepare annual budgets for capital projects.
Compliance with applicable employment law.
Prerequisites:
Bachelor's degree in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
3 years of engineering experience required
