Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will be working on some of the most exciting construction projects. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our construction projects, including planning, design, and implementation. You will be working closely with other engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Review, coordinate, and manage the RFI and RFI Process, ensuring that all requests for information are accurately documented and responded to in a timely manner.
2. Oversee and manage Contract Submittals and the submittal process, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
3. Utilize Viewpoint software for project management, estimating, accounting, job cost, and cash flow management.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure that all milestones and objectives are met.
5. Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project status and any changes or issues that arise.
6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure that all work is being done to the highest quality standards.
7. Identify, analyze, and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the project, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
8. Ensure that all work is done in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project engineering.
3. Proficiency in using Viewpoint software for project management, estimating, accounting, job cost, and cash flow management.
4. Strong knowledge of the RFI and RFI Process, and experience in managing Contract Submittals and the submittal process.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
8. A strong commitment to safety and quality, with a proven track record of managing projects to the highest safety and quality standards.
9. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred but not required.
