Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising large scale commercial projects in a multi-trade environment. This is a permanent position that requires the candidate to travel and (temporarily) relocate based on project needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working on data center, hospital, light industrial, or automotive projects. A degree in construction management, business administration, or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise large scale commercial projects in a multi-trade environment
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
• Ensure project quality control and adherence to industry standards
• Provide technical support to project team members and stakeholders
• Prepare project reports and presentations for management and clients
• Ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints
• Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-trade environment
• Experience managing and supervising large scale commercial projects
• Experience working on data center, hospital, light industrial, or automotive projects
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel and relocate based on project needs
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards
