Job Details
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for fire and water mitigation, insurance claims, and other related
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather all necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of estimating software, including Xactimate.
- Experience in fire and water mitigation, insurance claims, and related construction projects.
- Knowledge of IICRC standards and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
