As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects as well as being the key person in developing and growing our network and markets within the region.

The ideal candidate will:

have led multiple building construction projects successfully from start to finish.
have experience targeting, networking, and fostering relationships with new and existing clients and influencers.
be an industry leader who has established a strategy for garnering new markets and projects within the Hudson Valley region
be a representative at industry events, government agencies, financial institutions, boards, with major customers along with subcontractor and vendor meetings.
accountable for leading and overseeing the day-to-day management of several projects.
