The Project Executive is responsible for overseeing teams that manage short- and long-term projects, developing strategic team and project goals and monitoring team and project performance. They report to the Associate Director, and/or Group Directors.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 10+ years of Construction Management Experience providing an established proficiency in the Life Sciences field.
• 6+ years of direct Client contact for business development / preconstruction services in construction
• Working knowledge and familiarity with local construction industry professionals, including Developers, Building Owners, Brokers and Architects/Designers.

The Project Executive will serve many functions including:

• Work primarily at a project level, overseeing clients, teams and budgets.
• Maintain companywide responsibilities with recruiting, client relationships and business development.
• Strive towards extracting from daily project operations in favor of team and client relationship building.

Performance Measures:

• Promote our safety culture by providing a risk-free work environment. Project execution shall have no recordable or lost time incidents.
• Develop trusting, transparent & constructive relationships with direct reports. Mentor and develop team to enable career growth & high performance.
• Achieve or exceed project award levels to occupy and manage a minimum billable management staff equivalent to (2) full-time Project Managers, (2) full-time Superintendents, and (4) fulltime Project Engineers.
• Execute to achieve project profitability to meet or exceed $1.5M/year Adjusted Net and .75 P/M Overall ratio or to align with Business Plan
• Develop & implement resolutions to any financial disputes in a mutually agreeable, win-win manner that aligns with our Core Values. Communicate risk exposure with complete transparency to Senior Management thru reporting structures.
