Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Based in NC, we are an established Commercial General Contractor that is expanding to Orlando! We have been building for 50+ years. Projects include automotive facilities, self storage units, retail and entertainment centers, industrial warehouses, healthcare and educational facilities and more.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Project Manager for our brand new office in Orlando.

Our company is very stable with low turnover. We already have a strong pipeline of work in the area, and offer a competitive compensation package including:
+ Base salary ($115-135k DOE) with bonus opportunities

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Project Manager at a GC
+ Experience with Commercial Construction
+ Experience with Ground-Up Construction
