We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management, Commercial Construction Estimating, and Commercial Tenant Improvement. The position is a full-time role and requires the candidate to work on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure all project-related information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage project change orders and identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management, Commercial Construction Estimating, and Commercial Tenant Improvement.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and construction-related software applications.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
