Project Manager - Data Centers

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data center construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that all milestones are met
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure that project goals are achieved
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data center construction
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Strong understanding of mission-critical data center construction and the associated regulations and standards
• Ability to manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality
