Project Manager - Land and Site Development

We are a civil engineering, surveying, water resources management firm that specializes in landscape architecture, land planning, construction management and services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Land and Site Development in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in projects related to land development, site development of residential, industrial, mixed use, education and commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Prepares and monitors project budgets. Has overall responsibility for the profitability of their projects.
• Responsible for project schedules and timely completion of projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepares design concepts and develops project plans and specifications.
• Prepares proposals for engineering services.
• Coordinates and approves pricing, estimating, and proposed strategies for proposed projects.
• Serves as a designated client contact.
• Supervises and monitors client relationship strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing land and site development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, Deltek, and other project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in residential, industrial, mixed use, education and commercial projects
