Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic Pipeline Construction team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline construction with a focus on sewer, water, storm drain, pump, and water treatment plant (WTP) projects. The Project Manager will work closely with both public and private works sectors, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of pipeline construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Mitigate project risks and manage any changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, regulators, and team members.
• Participate in the bidding process, including preparing project estimates and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pipeline industry.
• Proven experience in managing sewer, water, storm drain, pump, and WTP projects.
• Strong knowledge of public and private works sectors. (Public preferred for Las Vegas)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight.
