Job Details

****Project - 20 years in the making -- initial phase of four, to build 25+ casitas (4 models - 1,600 to 2,100 sq. feet, 1 to 2 stories). The remaining project includes a total of 160 casitas and a 4-story 150-unit 5-star hotel. High-end architecture & design.

The Project Manager (PM) leads and manages the construction of projects, and construction team members. The PM has primary responsibility for planning and executing project delivery, with emphasis on balancing cost, quality and schedule success. The PM participates in construction and warranty.

The PM has a significant role in making the company “next generation” in its pursuit of excellence, and integrating the development, construction, and operations of company.

The PM is an advocate for the best interests of the Owner and the End User, as
Customer.

The PM is responsible for stewarding the budget, schedule, administration, quality and Customer satisfaction on company Construction Projects.
**The Project Manager is preferably based on site, but may live in GJT, SLC or DEN, with frequent travel to the site.

Experience:
* Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
* In the field: 7 years (Preferred)
* Hospitality/resort/hotel, for-sale residential: 1 year (Preferred)
* Procore, Primavera or similar software tools: 1 year (Preferred)
