We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects in a multi-trade environment. The candidate should be able to travel and relocate based on project needs and have experience working with data centers, hospitals, light industrial, or automotive projects. A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred, along with experience in MEP trades and electrical construction.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. The candidate will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for managing all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The candidate will also be responsible for providing regular project updates to senior management and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager position will have at least 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale commercial projects in a multi-trade environment. The candidate should have experience working with data centers, hospitals, light industrial, or automotive projects. A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred, along with experience in MEP trades and electrical construction. The candidate should have experience using Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and/or Accubid. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
