We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. The candidate must have a proven track record of managing construction projects with a focus on risk management, technical knowledge, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure they are met
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage project teams and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Experience in risk management and implementing strategies to mitigate risks
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Experience in quality control and implementing quality control measures
