We are currently seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to join our team and take on challenging and rewarding Multifamily projects in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure successful project completion.

2. Garden Style Projects: Our projects primarily involve garden-style construction, and you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of these unique and innovative living spaces. Your expertise in garden-style projects will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

3. Team Leadership: As a Project Manager, you will lead a team of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

4. Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions throughout the construction process. Your strong financial acumen will play a vital role in maximizing profitability and minimizing risks.

5. Quality Control: Ensuring the highest standards of quality is a top priority in our projects. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

1. Multifamily Construction Experience: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction. You should have a strong understanding of the construction process and be familiar with industry best practices.

2. Garden Style Expertise: Experience in building wood-frame garden-style projects is highly desirable. Your knowledge and expertise in this area will be critical in delivering successful projects that meet the unique requirements of our apartment complexes.

3. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are essential for this role. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

4. College Degree: A college degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required for this position. Your educational background will demonstrate your commitment to excellence and provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
