We are seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multifamily commercial and multifamily construction projects. You will be working closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish, including budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on the project site.
• Manage project change orders and ensure that all changes are documented and approved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily commercial and multifamily construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
