We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop and implement project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within cost parameters.
4. Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
6. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all contracts are completed accurately and on time.
7. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
8. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
9. Foster a culture of safety and ensure all safety protocols are followed on site.
10. Lead and direct the project team, fostering a collaborative environment and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, some Federal Project experience preferred
3. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, quality control, and federal construction.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
5. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
8. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
9. Must have a strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on site.
